Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide express delivery. For UK we offer next day delivery and anywhere in Europe is 5 days approximate. For countries outside of Europe please allow up to 10 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Alternatively we also accept Paypal. Choose your payment method upon checkout.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
A: This depends on the country of purchase. UK, America, Canada and most european countries require a signature.
How do i track my order?
A: Once you have placed an order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link and you can see the relevant information regarding the tracking of your order.
What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
A: We offer a 30 days no fuss policy once the product has been received by the customer. If you are not happy with your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a returns address. Once the product is back at our depot we will inspect it and if satisfied we will send a replacement product.
Are delivery charges and return costs refundable?
A: Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the email and inform us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
